2nd time mommy to 7 month old girl says:
The first one had a difficult time latching and, turns out, has a high palette, which made breastfeeding much more difficult. I also shouldn’t have listened to some bad advice from a family member on training her how often and when to eat. My supply dropped dramatically in the 4th month because I was told to no longer allow her to ‘use me as a soother.’ Had I known then that my daughter took so long to nurse because of her palette, I would have avoided a lot of unnecessary anguish and frustration.
