2nd time mommy to 7 month old girl says:
My babies used pacifiers and loved to be rocked in a rocking chair. Now they self soothe with their loveys, and the baby uses her pacifier still. I use the pacifier because she’s not breastfed, and I think that sometimes, even when she’s done eating, she still wants to soothe herself. Rather than let her suck in air and then get gas, she gets the pacifier.
